I currently offer two levels of support:
Support L1
I'll take care of updating your website immediately, according to your ongoing orders; it is only about content such as text, images, audio or video documents. Included are any opinions or recommendations I may have, both in terms of the quality of the material provided and in terms of possible improvements in the design and structure of your website.
Support L2
In addition to the services of the Support L1 package, I offer you continuous optimization in the field of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) using the most important tools for the objective measurement, monitoring and improvement of characteristics such as reach, quality or legal compliance of your website.
Comment: if your homepage was not developed by me, then I can basically only give you recommendations; the concrete implementation measures are then mostly on the side of the developer.
Multimedia Development
I create high-quality promotional videos, that can be embedded directly on the website or published via YouTube channel (or other social networks). I will support you in the creation of such channels and all the steps necessary for their publication.
my process
CONCEPT-PHASE
You tell me about your organisation and your goals. I ask you questions and give you tips, ideas and suggestions.
This phase ends with the preparation of a quote, which, if accepted by the client, leads to the written order.
A deposit of 10% to 20% of the order price is due.
From this point on and in the event of cancellation of the order by the client, for whatever reason, I, the contractor, shall be entitled to retain the deposit as remuneration for the work performed.
CONCEPT-PROTOTYPE
I create a rough, but already functioning prototype with empty and/or generic content, with basic structures and with a first design approach. Based on this prototype, we fine-tune it together, i.e. you give me your input and we compare our ideas and concepts until the final concept is in the form of a concept document.
IMPLEMENTATION
Based on the concept document and the concept prototype, I develop a first production prototype, which I hand over to you for a so-called Alfa-Testing. Alfa-testings are application tests that are carried out by a small number of selected users. I use their feedback as input for the next implementation cycle. This usually results in a process with two to a maximum of five (5) such cycles until YOUR HOMEPAGE can go "live".
The associated services are:
- Domain name; either you already have a domain name (e.g.: old homepage), which I will connect to your new homepage in this case, or I will obtain and register a new domain name (according to your desired name or as close to it as possible) and connect it to your homepage. The registration and maintenance fees (usually annually recurring) are to be paid by you.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)I make sure that your homepage can be searched and found via search engines like Google.
- Responsive Design; with this technique, I ensure that your website is displayed perfectly on both PCs and mobile phones. The display is adjusted automatically.
LIFE CYCLE
- The agreed project price (or the balance if advance payments have been made) must be paid.
- Afterwards, ownership of the WEB-SITE is transferred to you. Recurring costs, such as those for hosting and domain maintenance, will be borne by you (for details see conditions).
- You designate an administrator who is responsible for maintenance and care. If you wish, I will of course also take over this administrator responsibility and conclude an administration contract with you (see WEB-SUPPORT).
- Training: If you would like to take over the administration of your homepage yourself (which is only recommended for very simple sites), I would be happy to offer you appropriate training (details under conditions).

- A clear, distinctive corporate identity is achieved through the interactive logo and the use of the traditional colors of the choir, which consistently run through the entire structure in different variants.
- Simple structures are very important to the client: only one sub-level below the main menu. Each page contains only one type of information if possible; The aim is to enable visitors to navigate to the desired content in a simple, direct and clear manner.
- Responsive web design: the page display adapts automatically to the screen format. Whether via PC or mobile phone, the visitor always enjoys optimal legibility and usability

- The choice of a white background is intended to reflect the quality characteristics of the client's business: absolute cleanliness and flawless compliance with hygiene requirements.

- Online ordering system: this was the client's request. Our response was to develop a simple, unique ordering system ideally suited to the type of business

The customer, the housing cooperative Bienna, is an important player in Biel. Functionally, it is basically a real estate-related business.
