I currently offer two levels of support:
Support L1
I will immediately take care of updating your website in accordance with your ongoing orders, exclusively with regard to content such as texts, images, audio or video documents. This also includes any comments or recommendations on my part, both with regard to the quality of the material supplied and with regard to possible improvements in the design and structure of your website.
Support L2
In addition to the services of the L1 support package, I offer you continuous optimization in the area of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) using the most important tools to objectively measure, monitor and improve features such as reach, quality or legal compliance of your website.
Hint: If the homepage was not developed by me, I can only make recommendations, the actual implementation is then largely up to the developer.
Multimedia Development
I produce high-quality promotional videos that can be embedded directly on the website or published via the YouTube channel (or other social networks). I support you in setting up such channels and in all the steps necessary for publication.
my process
CONCEPT-PHASE
You tell me about your organisation and your goals. I ask you questions and give you tips, ideas and suggestions.
This phase ends with the preparation of a quote, which, if accepted by the client, leads to the written order.
A deposit of 10% to 20% of the order price is due.
From this point on and in the event of cancellation of the order by the client, for whatever reason, I, the contractor, shall be entitled to retain the deposit as remuneration for the work performed.
CONCEPT-PROTOTYPE
I create a rough but already working prototype with empty and/or generic content, basic structures and an initial design approach. Using this prototype, we work together on the Fine-tuning. This means you give me feedback and we compare our ideas and visions until the final concept stands in the form of a Concept Document .
IMPLEMENTATION
Based on the concept document and the concept prototype, I develop an initial production prototype, which I make available to you for alpha testing. Alpha testing consists of application tests carried out by a small number of selected users. I use their feedback as input for the next implementation cycle. As a rule, this results in a process with two to a maximum of five such cycles until YOUR HOMEPAGE can go ‘live’.

Domain name:
Either you already have a domain name (e.g. old homepage), which in this case I will link to your new homepage, or I will obtain and register a new domain name (according to your desired name or as close to it as possible) and link it to your homepage. The registration and maintenance fees (usually recurring annually) are at your expense.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):
I make sure that your homepage can easily be found by search engines such as Google.
Responsive design:
With this technology, I ensure that your website is displayed perfectly on PCs as well as on mobile phones and popular tablets. The display is customised automatically.
LIFE CYCLE
After ‘Go Live’, your HOMEPAGE enters the life cycle phase. What follows now:
- The agreed project price (or the balance if advance payments have been made) must be paid.
- Thereafter, ownership of the WEB-SITE is transferred to you. Recurring costs such as hosting and domain maintenance will be overtaken by you (see details in the GTC).
- You designate an administrator who is responsible for maintenance and care. If you wish, I will of course take over this administrator responsibility and conclude an Administration Contract with you (see WEB-SUPPORT).
- Training: If you would like to take over the administration of your homepage yourself (which is only recommended for very simple sites), I will be happy to offer you appropriate training (see details in the GTC).

Website for the SKBT Choir
- Music is art in perhaps its highest form. And art is my leitmotif in the design of this website. Hence the rich use of artistic elements that accompany the texts and other elements. The circles symbolise notes, the bars pentagrams.
- The interactive logo and the use of the choir's traditional colours, which run consistently through the entire structure in different variations, create a clear and unmistakable corporate identity.
- Responsive web design
The page display automatically adapts to the screen format. Whether on a PC, mobile phone or tablet, the visitor always enjoys optimum readability and usability.

- The choice of a white background is intended to reflect the quality characteristics of the customer's business, namely: absolute cleanliness and perfect compliance with hygiene regulations.
- By using dynamic pages via database fields, the customer has his own content under control and does not have to deal with WEB technology, nor does he need a specialist (web master) for the maintenance of his website
- Online ordering system: this was the client's request. Our response was to develop a simple, unique ordering system ideally suited to his type of business
- The design of a logo was also part of the order.

This project has a very strange history. It was at the beginning of the Covid pandemic and there was a huge shortage of masks, which were very expensive at the time. The company tried to take advantage of this situation by developing a concept for reusable masks.
I recognised the potential gap in the market and offered to develop an online shop for the company.

This design for the customer “Gruppenpraxis Ittigen” in Bern is proof that the seriousness of a topic such as health does not have to be in contradiction to a more playful beauty and very appealing content.

The choice of colours (soft green, brown) and the beautiful pictures awaken the desire for pastries, you can almost smell the fine aroma of bread!
By integrating an online shop, I try to convince the customer of the idea of online sales.

WBG-Bienna
The customer, the Bienna housing cooperative, is an important player in Biel. It primarily offers its members, but also external interested parties, the opportunity to rent apartments at very reasonable prices.
The order also included the design of the company logo as well as images and video material. Functionally, it is basically a real estate company. The design with large hero images (with beautiful buildings from the region) and the choice of colors (green-red and shades thereof) correspond to the customer's wishes.
